How Does it Work?
The GAPS Nutritional Protocol works to heal and seal the gut so those symptoms no longer take place. After the Introduction Protocol there is Full GAPS Protocol that you finish with which will maintain all of the beneficial bacteria growth inside the gut that took place during the introduction diet.
