Makes 20 Gota each of approx. 16 gms.

1. Pour 3 1/4 oz. (100ml) water or milk into this mix. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

2. Whip batter once more before frying.

3. Deep fry Gota in hot oil keeping oil temperature consistent.

Keep in cool dry place.
